The Team
The Real Estate Center of Spearfish has a progressive business model that makes it one of the top producing real estate companies in our market. One of the things that make the Real Estate Center of Spearfish unique is the fact that all of our brokers are owners of our firm. Expanded Services
To better serve our investor clients and the community, we added a rental managment division to our company. The Real Estate Rental Center offers full and partial management of commercial, residential, storage facilities and miscellaneous business properties in the Northern Hills Region. The Real Estate Rental Center also offer vacation, recreation and Sturgis Motorcycle Rally rentals. Our Property Management Specialist, Sabrina Arnold can explain our rates and services and see how we can best serve your needs.

Who is eligible?
Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors from Spearfish High School
How does it work?
Come to the selected Spartan home football/ basketball games. All Spearfish High hool Students, who show their Student ID, will have the opportunity to enter their name into a drawing. At half-time, ten tickets will be chosen from that drawing. Those ten Students will get a Beanie and an opportunity to kick a field goal/ shoot a basket. If they make the field goal/ basket then their name goes into a drawing for a $1,000 Scholarship that will be drawn at the end of the season. One name will be drawn from all of the entries, for both football and basketball. The winner will receive $1,000 from the Real Estate Center of Spearfish, payable to the college (or vocational school) of their choice. Scholarship money is to be used at the beginning of their second semester in that school.
The Real Estate Center of Spearfish is also sponsoring a $1,000 Scholastic Scholarship which is being offered to Spearfish high school students who are graduating in 2009. Students must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and will be required to write a 200 - 400 word original essay on a subject that is important to them. Applications are available at the Spearfish High School Guidance Office. The deadline for applications to be delivered to the SHS Guidance is April 15, 2010.
